Sure, restricting away from pharmacies make sense (don't want to add recreational to a medical store, I get that), but this seems like a recipe for disaster with crappy off-brand mom&pop dispensaries.

I feel like 18 is the age for everything else, so it should be for this.
I don't think driving should be allowed until 18 either though, now that I'm getting a little older.
I think if you can vote/drink/smoke/etc, you should be able to decide everything else to do with your person. A lot of the various research shows you
shouldn't use marijuana until you're older (25 IIRC), but I think a 18 year old should be legally allowed to decide that for themselves.
