Obviously you are talking about completely different cases, a tourist that comes here is not intending on gaining or earning citizenship and is intending on leaving. If there was a treaty that would force that tourist to be tried for the crimes that they are accused of in their country, or that they would have to serve a full sentence in their own prisons I would be fine with it.

This person was a refugee in a system that is designed to allow him to earn or gain citizenship. That should obviously be denied, we shouldn't waste our time with imprisoning him here, if he goes back to some hell hole country so be it.
