I would suggest there is no real option for him in the NHL at this point and he knows it.

That could change if a team stumbles out to a poor start or gets hit with a bunch of injuries though.

Hasn't the KHL been playing for a month already? Odd he would only consider them now if he has had that option for a bit...if its only about money.

I think he waits another 3 or 4 weeks and then makes his decision based on what happens in the NHL and if anyone improves/makes their offers.
