I couldn't believe thier idiocy when I read that.
What were they expecting? Did they actually want Transat to keep flying even with the mechanical difficulties? It's not like there are extra planes just sitting around in case this happens.
I don't get the point of the story, or why it's front page news on the Sun. I've had flights delayed because of mechanical issues and I was glad to sit on the ground until things got fixed.
Boo hoo, they might miss their weddings. Too bad. They'd be a lot more upset if their plane crashed into a mountain.
I also like that there is no mention of any of their fiances. They were probably all getting drunk in the airport bar trying to figure out a way to get away from those psychos.
