70's music is incredibly diverse as you have disco, Reggie, R&B, various types of rock, heavy metal, folk, electronic music, etc. You can argue it's the most creative and influential music decade as a lot of the late 70's music heavily influenced the 80's which is another creative decade. I have to admit I'm listening to more 70's, 80's, and to a lesser extent 90's music now not just because I'm middle aged but because today's music is generally poor in comparison and I just like good music. I never really grew up listening to 70's music because it was a bit before my time but I listen to more of it now than I did in the 80's.
