Used this crummy weather to put the bike on the trainer and get a FTP test done.

When I started on Zwift last year I was able to sustain 170 watts. Tonight I managed 259. I likely won't see improvements like that again but it was nice to see the regular riding is paying off.

If you're wondering what a FTP test, here's a decent explanation.

"Functional Threshold Power (FTP) represents your ability to sustain the highest possible power output over 45 to 60 minutes, depending on whether you’re a trained athlete or not. As a result 95% of the 20 minute average power is used to determine FTP."
