A simple google search revealed evidence to suggest it was simply wrong to make that assertion about this guy. The fact there are people who can fairly be described as ambulance chasers seems an odd reason to justify unfairly branding a particular lawyer as one.

The first complaint about that description was about branding "a whole profession". And my response clearly said I wasn't commenting about that lawyer in particular, just that there are lawyers who are fairly described as such.
