They were saying that after Jose moves up to the east of Florida and the Bahamas, it could hang there a bit and then there's no telling where it will go.
The islands east of Puerto Rico are getting slammed again as we speak. Just awful.
As for Irma, it's just about to depart Cuba near Varadero, but is currently down to a category 3 with 125mph winds which is good to see. Though she supposedly will pick up strength again before hitting Florida.
