Phillips did well in creating chances. He just wasn't able to finish.
I'd like to see him play with some quality linemates in the upcoming games.
Parsons wasn't great, but a few of the goals were a result of defensive breakdowns.
I remember when Mason McDonald let it several soft goals in Penticton a few years ago. Parsons did not remind me of Mason McDonald, not at all.
As a team, they looked pretty rusty. But I'm sure they'll be better next game.
Out of everyone on the team, I was most impressed with Juuso Valimaki. He looked very steady, yet dangerous.
