The savings on wages would also be taken into consideration. For all the complaining people do about our $15/hour minimum wage, when you consider this wage is being lobbied by a massive movement across the states and will likely be legislated in a many if not all parts of that country, a $15/hour minimum wage in Canadian dollars probably doesn't sound so bad for businesses like Amazon who thrive on low employee compensation.
