This is the thing that erks me with some of these veteran players. Jagr says its not about money, but he wants to be paid enough, so no matter if he is bad, he is guaranteed a roster spot and gets his money.
I'm sorry but when you are a veteran near the end of your carreer, don't have a lot, if any, suitors then they should be signing PTO's. At most league minimum salaries with bonuses. They are the ones that need to prove they can still play. Management is not going to cut you if you deserve to be on the team.
