It won't be, and I'm actually fine with that. The single dumbest part of the new video review rules was how often we wasted 10 minutes time to overturn goals because a guy was off-side by the width of two pubic hairs. This, in a league that desperately wants to increase scoring.
Since we know the referees will still get it wrong from time to time, the coaches will as well. And that should cut way down on these types of challenges. Hopefully to bring the rule closer to what was actually intended: a way to fix blatant mistakes.
