I like all three tweaks.

The offside hailmary was just used as a 5 minute timeout instead of a 30 sec timeout.

No time out on icing. No problem there either.

The face off for playing the puck with a high stick on a PP moving outside the attack zone in neutral zone instead of back in your end. No problem there either.
