Couldn't disagree more. Its not about dedication but leadership.
Obviously things can change but him not wearing any letter says a lot. He's a great teammate but probably not someone you look to when things get tough.
The younger guys in Monahan / Hamilton / Tkachuk etc will likely get the C when it's time.
