So 4 of us are going to a show in Orlando in Jan and we're looking for recommendations of what to do on our off days.

Definitely want to do a half/full day deep sea fishing. Cape Canaveral? Nature Tour?

We get there Sunday, have Monday off, Tuesday, Wednesday at the show, Thursday, Friday and half of Saturday off. Fly out Saturday night.
