Why is it up to "us" to "allow" anybody to have nukes? That's so ethnocentric it's laughable. Pakistan has nukes already, btw.

Kim Jong-Un would have to be the dumbest guy on the planet if he didn't try to get nuclear weapons. The USA is absolutely a nuclear threat to his country and the only real defense is having nuclear weapons of his own.
Also, not sure if you wrote the post from 1987 or what, but he already has nukes, anyway.
