Even if Baby Sam were actually Sam's son, he wouldn't have any claim to any titles because he's a bastard and when Sam joined the Night's Watch, he renounced any claims to any land or titles.
I wonder if Sam has even heard about what happened to his father and brother yet? Those will be some awkward catching-up conversations next year.
