600-700 mm of water in parts of houston so far... so possibly 1200-1400 mm by wednesday/friday?
that's insane.
As katrina showed us, people will start out well behaved, but as their supplies run low, there is a chance things really go south...
this will be a major challenge for the Trump administration... he'd better hope that he didn't dismantle the "deep state" that he keeps railing about, as that's the only thing standing between him and a major catastrophe.
