I saw a fight in the parking lot of the car wash on Northmount Drive last month. The 7-11 by Stavros is very sketchy.

Generally though, it is nice community to walk around. Fairly quiet. Close to many things. The "Local" pub on Northmount just closed, and is being replaced by a new restaurant.
