My issue that using KD Lang as the catalyst for this argument isn't a valid criticism. Criticize him for not meeting with anyone don't criticize him for his last minute rejection of KD Lang.

No one has been suggesting he must only meet with KD Lang and people have been complaining about this issue within the UCP long before her offering Kenney tickets and a discussion. Until Kenney actually does something to show support for the LGBTQ community people will question his motives for any avoidance or deflection on the matter.
