I have the MaxTrainer M3 and it has two different user settings and it counts ~ calories burned based on time and difficulty setting. I think it has 8 settings. I'm not sure how many features you're looking for, the M3 is relatively simple and lacks 'bells & whistles', but it will absolutely kick your butt. I have a love/hate relationship with that thing in a good way. It's like an elliptical with a stair climber. It got me in great shape for hiking season.
