I would say that Jagr would make this team better. Though he doesn't necessarily fit in with the speed that Calgary is building, he definitely does fit in with Gulutzan's puck possession type hockey.
Injuries occur throughout the season, and signing Jagr doesn't mean that one of the prospects is going to be stuck in the minors all season. I think Calgary would be a better team with Jagr than without. The fanboy in me definitely wants it to happen, but the Calgary Flames' fan in me also thinks he can contribute nicely to the roster. I don't care if a player is 25 or 45 - I just care about how a player performs and what he has to add to the team make-up.
