The US Navy has had 4 serious collisions in the past year. You would think with the all the high-tech gear on board a collision would be the least likely event on a US Navy ship.
Maybe the Soviets had it all wrong, instead of spending billions on listening devices they should have just parked a few ships in the middle of the Atlantic.
