Thought about that too. I can get by usually with regular sizes from the store, but I'd be interested to know as well.
I know every so often you see ads in the paper about a talior coming into town from Hong Kong or other places in the Orient, who take your measurements here, then head back home and make you your high quality, custom suits (and maybe shirts).
Heard those guys are really good...the quality of material and workmanship is high quality for cheaper then the same clothes bought here.
