My car got hail damaged and written off. The report by JD power that sent comparables used two cars that were not comparable to mine (not fully loaded, no rear view camera or navi or paddle shifters). One was from Alberta and one was from BC. Are BC comparables typically used for Alberta?

Problem is there aren't many of my vehicles for sale in Alberta that are comparable. Literally only a half dozen or less and only two are only like mine. I tried using those ones and I was told they wouldn't work.

what are my rights in this position? I'm overseas and all my contact has been through email and it takes her two weeks to reply to me. I wouldn't mind this going to court if that's an option as they low balled me big time and she doesn't seem interested in negotiating.

She's asking me to give her comparables when JD power can't even find me one. What should I do in this position? Because it's making me want to create a few fake ads because I have no other option it seems.
