Holy ####, that was a great read. I remember hearing about his diagnosis. But actually getting to learn about the struggles he faced in his own words...pretty powerful stuff. As always with these articles, a fantastic read.
That shootout goal video was very cool to watch. Glad he got to go out on his own terms, have the career he did, and was able to make enough money to support his family.
