Don't get me wrong, I don't like to see people struggling but these are economic realities that no amount of pandering or funding or policy change is truly going to reverse. In the long run those things will make things worse as instead of changing the economy or re-training the world will continue to advance without them.
The dumbest thing about that tweet is that he is suggesting that Amazon doesn't pay sales tax, but they do now collect it for every state that has sales tax.

Just like his inappropriate brag about owning one of the largest winery in the US, when a) his son owns it and b) it is not even the largest winery in Virginia (Virginia is only responsible for .26% of wine made in the US).
