This is so bang on, Trump never takes responsibility for anything that goes wrong, he blamed Obama for all the violence and hate during his presidency, but in his non condemnation speech he suggests this is a long problem that has nothing to do with him, Obama, Bush....
His failure on health care, blames everyone else.
