Not a big deal. I've used the Nexus 6P and Pixel, and the only time having the fingerprint reader on the back is a pain is when the phone is sitting on a desk. |
I have a hard time believing that Apple, a company so big on design and fluidity with their devices, would
not use the Apple logo as the finger-print scanner. Seems like a missed opportunity. I really can't see them using a separate scanner below the logo or even on the back for that matter.
My sources tell me that the 7s & 7s Plus will be exactly the same, just internals upgraded. The form factors will remain the same.
The iPhone 8, or whatever they call it, will have the radical new design (by Apple standards) and have no touch ID or finger-print sensor.
