Also remember that NYAG Eric Schneiderman is looking into Trump and his deals. Rumors out of NY have Schneiderman with indictments against Trump and his kin, but waiting for the feds to get their investigations done first. The belief is that if any charges come of those investigations, and Trump uses a pardon to protect anyone, that Schneiderman will use those pardons as support for his charges. Pardons do not extend to state charges, so regardless of what happens federally, Trump and his nest of pit vipers could be looking at jail time and seizure of property by the State.
I'd love nothing more than to see Trump and his family led away in handcuffs, but the content in the article actually seems to suggest that the chances of his condo towers landing him in hot water are slim to none given the protection by US regulations which are in place to keep purchasers largely anonymous.

"Given the scrutiny special counsel Robert S. Mueller III is likely to bring to Trump Tower in coming months, the good news for the president is that this unsavory customer service is completely legal in most cases. Thanks to the lobbying power of the real estate industry, efforts by national and international law enforcement to crack down on corrupt money flows have scarcely touched the condo trade."
