Check out compression sleeves, either for during the run, to wear afterwards, or both.
My bigger concern is my knees, so I often go for knee sleeves while running and if I'm motivated I do the calf sleeves during recovery. Not sure if I really notice a difference or not, but it's worth it for the placebo effect alone.
