It's a small thing, but I also think Bennett and Brouwer are similar styled players in an offensive capacity. Lots of net front play, short passes and board work.

Jankowski was strong in face offs in college and I think held his own in the minors this year. He may actually be better than Bennett at the moment in that particular facet of the game.
Your description fits Tkachuk as well. In fact you could make a whole line of players of that style with Tkachuk-Bennett-Brouwer. I wouldn't be opposed to trying that line out in preseason as I think they could really mesh and create another threat line. The Flames will be really hard if not nearly impossible to shut down if we've got a triple threat of lines.
If Jankowski doesn't make the team I think
Gaudreau-Monahan-Ferland
Tkachuk-Bennett-Brouwer
Frolik-Backlund-Versteeg/Foo
Stajan-Lazar-Hathaway
Would give us an amazing set of top three lines (and the fourth line ain't too shabby either). Tkachuk-Bennett-Brouwer would be such a greasy, gritty but skilled line with powerforwards who can dish and finish. Tkachuk and Bennett's antics may help keep Brouwer fired up and involved as well
