I've been starting to go on longer runs (for me at least), and I'm finding I'm very susceptible to calf cramps near the end of the run or even once I'm done and back at home (example, went for a run, came back home and was watching TV, then I get up and run up the stairs and I suddenly get a cramp).
Any advice? I've been trying to drink more water, but that doesn't seem to help. Someone told me a packet of mustard works wonders, but I couldn't tell if he was kidding or not.
