I used to use RunKeeper to track my rides so I decided to move the 30 or so GPX files I had on there for cycling to Strava. It's pretty amazing to see the progression from riding once or twice a week for 20-30km to consistently riding 150-200km every week.
In 2015 I was averaging 22km/h. The following year I was struggling to maintain 25km/h. Now I'm at around 28-9km/h.
