i think slander or defamation are pretty hard to prove in the first place... much more difficult when dealing with a manic personality like Trump...
Trump uses the shotgun tweet approach to the point where he can make the defense of he doesn't "mean" what he says... that they are hyperbolic as opposed to being intentional
I am sure scholars will make academic careers deconstructing Trump's approach... as someone wrote (sorry forget the author so I am paraphrasing here) they believed
