Fringe, folkfest, street performers... yeah I agree.
I'm a Calgarian by birth and a Flames fan since day one but some of the stuff posted on here about Edmonton is nonsense.
Calgary has one huge two week bender. Edmonton has festival after festival that draw guests and talent from all over. it's pretty cool. And Edmonton gets the 'A' tour concerts because of the venues...something Calgary can't boast.
Still the oilers suck....so hard.
On another note, I saw McJesus at Pearson airport last Friday on my way home. Dude needs to hit the gym.
