Thought it was an interesting chart by @CudmoreColin: Flames have one of the largest scouting staffs in the league. Their amateur scouting department is tied for 3rd.
Wish teams released how much they spend on scouting.
And the Ducks being able to draft as well as they do with so few scouts is amazing
