Agreed. And this is why we could afford to deal future 1sts and 2nds in the Hamonic deal. Because the cupboard isn't bare and won't be bare even without drafting high next draft.

As I argued earlier this offseason Flames are as asset rich as they've ever been in my time of following them. Allows Treliving a lot of flexibility to move futures for now or basically do whatever he wants.

Some negative nellies were worried we were mortgaging the future but the pipeline still looks strong.
