I'm not saying Parayko is better but he was chosen for Team North America in the World Cup and also asked to play in the World Championships this past season for Canada. Hamilton was not selected for either team. Point production isn't everything for defenceman. I'd say Parayko is just as highly regarded as Hamilton in the hockey world.
