Term is blegh. No money opening up that year (other than Bouma buyout), Tkachuk and a likely 20-30 goal Ferland to re-sign, Brouwer still on the books. Ferland will be a UFA too so no way to maximize the asset in the offseason. Only way to keep Ferly will be to trade Frolik+Stone and buy Brouwer out.
