Dems from the House Justice Committee send a letter to Sessions asking why the DOJ dismissed a $230 million money laundering case. The case was being prosecuted by Preet Bahara (the lawyer that was told would be staying on at the DOJ but then was fired). The other side was being represented by Natalia Veselnitskaya the lawyer that Donald Trump Jr. met with to get help from the Russian government.

The case was settled for $6 million 2 days before going to trial.
