LGen, the Hon. Roméo Dallaire (Ret’d) considers Khadr to have been a child soldier. Not only is he one of the foremost experts on child soldiers in the world, he's also a retired Canadian Lieutenant-General.
If you disagree with the United Nation's and LGen, the Hon. Dallaire (Ret’d) that's perfectly fine, but understand you're disagreeing with a legal fact akin to disagreeing that people shouldn't be tortured or everyone should have the right to a fair trial.
