If you were to combine the two, you'd have a top 10 D-man in the NHL like Karlsson. Separately, they look like they could be solid middle pairing guys if they hit their upper end potential.

If you combined them you'd get Karlsson, who is flashy and makes no mistakes. And you'd also get Chris Butler, who's not flashy and makes tonnes of mistakes.
