I've lived in countries that were sad for the people as a whole in dang near all of those categories but it didn't affect me personally. I'm pretty sure the Index is meant to measure the whole population of a country, on average, not visiting/tourist JohnnyFlame's experience there. There are vacation guides that do that for you.

Believe it or not, if you live in a country at the bottom of the list its probably not easy to just pick up and move. Its not like they're living in RV's and mobile homes. More like shacks and hovels.
