EDIT: I guess it comes down to whether wikipedia is more accurate than the journalists.

Also worth noting that if the claim was against Omar, he was noted in default while he was in prison. So the judgment's value in terms of establishing any sort of wrongdoing or moral blameworthiness is essentially nil.
