I've done it. I bought it 2nd hand for a case of beer. The beer was for delivery.

I'm glad that I went with in ground. It works great. Unfortunately the one I got is fixed height so I can't lower it for the kids but they're learning just fine.

My dad and I installed it and we didn't look up any YouTube video we just decided our own method. Make sure you keep the pole leveled. The slighest amount off and the pole will look like it is really leaning. We bought a tonne of rope to keep the pole in place and prevent it from leaning while we were pouring cement.

Also make sure you measure correctly so you buy enough cement. I thought I may have one too many bags but had to quickly go buy one more bag.

Overall the finished product looks great.

Most importantly, call before you dig!
