Well stated Girly. Media consumption is definitely a game changer and will continue to be in the future. The problem with podcasting is getting caught up in your personal bubble and never being exposed to other ideas. This is ironic as millennials are the way they are because of expose opportunities to other races, cultures, and identities that weren't around so much even 20 years ago. Exposure to different things makes us better people, more open to other ideas. If the possible media consumption habits create epistemic closure, will that create a less open society in the long run? That radio dial never changes either. Hopefully the newer generations can be exposed to other things while not forgetting the core problems as well. Or else they just stay in their own bubble as is what is happening now. It's just a different bubble.
