You guys think you have to bad. At least your only neighbours by land are the States, who most have their own healthcare. We have millions, yes millions per year who come from continental Europe for a free operation of some sort thanks to the great EU. Polish, Turkish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech, Bosnian, Hungarian citizens and more have a second rate healthcare system compared to the UK so when they need some medical attention they get the train legally over here and say "oh well, while i am holiday over here i might as well go to the hospital and get that really expensive procedure done for FREE". British people have died waiting for an operation while health-tourists get bumped up the list because they are leaving the country soon... that is shockingly bad. Plus the 500,000 we get a year who arrive illegally from all over the world claiming asylum or whatever. Then they get their free house and car and benefits to make them feel at home while they are kicking old ladies out of their homes and into shelters because they are not as important. My government is ruining my country by neglecting the British people who live here and work here and pay our taxes here.
