Default Bruins not done - Bertuzzi shipped out

Well, this one was far from the 3 minute trade earlier on. This one took more then an hour to finally complete and I believe it is a CPHL record for number of special conditions...check it out...

To Bruins

J.P. Dumont LW 28 $3.25 (10%) 3 Year(s) 2W

2nd round pick in 2007

To St. Louis

Todd Bertuzzi RW 31 $4.68 (10%) 1 Year(s) 2W

$1.3 MILL for 06/07

And now comes the specials!!!!

Terms: If Blues dont sign Bertuzzi before game 1 of 07/08 & they make the playoffs Bruins send a 2nd. If they dont make the playoffs Bruins will send a 1st (Blues choice). If Blues trade Bertuzzi all clauses are void.

Terms: If the Blues dont sign Bertuzzi before game 1 of the 07 season they will give the Bruins 300 000 for 07/08.

Terms: If Bertuzzi retires while he is signed and a part of the Blues roster the Bruins will send a player that is between 25 and 28 years old and 70 and 73 OV. Both teams will pick one player and a coin flip will decide the player.

Terms: If Blues trade Bertuzzi before July 1, 2006 they will send the Bruins 300 000 for the 06/07 season.

That is some sweet stuff.
