Sure. That's going off importation records that they have. Not what is actually in the country. Like AFC said, loading 100 American purchased firearms into the trunk and coming back into Canada ain't no thang but a chicken wing. Right?

But let's assume that's correct. Hell let's even go farther and say it less than that, around half the rate of ownership the US has.

The homicide rate per 100,000 people should be about half in Canada as it is in the states. But it isn't? Why is that?
